This year the cross country team has started out with an amazing start. We have numbers that we have never seen before. We have 34 athletes out and 4 senior girls and 4 senior guys. With this many runners our team will never be lacking in athletes. By the looks of all the hard work everyone is putting in, the returning varsity were training hard this summer, but they will have a tough time holding on to their position if they don't keep working all year. This years captains for the girls are Breann Rodgers, Kristen Ostrem, Brittany Rodgers, and Katie Glende. As for the guy Captains, they will be Matt Meilner, Blake Dahl, Sebastian Kingsbury, and Steve Ahles. We are looking at a very successful season this year with many accomplishments.
